Weekly Weigh-In


I really struggled with whether or not to put this information on here.  To be honest, it is embarrassing for me to actually put the number out there for everyone to see how out of control my weight was.  However, I really think that this goes to show that with some hard work and dedication, one can make an extreme change to their life and health.  I hope that if you struggle with your weight, you will see that it is possible to make the change to lead a healthy lifestyle.

This is my current weigh-in chart.  I gained 60.2 pounds during my pregnancy.  I accept complete blame for this.  I wasn’t following my healthy eating plan that I had started before getting pregnant, and I was not doing any sort of consistent exercise.    This chart will show my progress that I make on my journey to my ultimate goal weight.

Below is the weight change that I had from March 28th, 2010 to March 27th, 2011.  Shortly after this time, we found out we were expecting Mya.  My weight started shooting back up.  I am so proud when I look at this chart… It is amazing to me that I started out being “Morbidly Obese” with a BMI of 41.09 and was able to drop my BMI to 27.77 with healthy eating and exercise.  I truly mean it when I say that if I can do it, anyone can!!
